    Position Statement:

    Primary Function
    · To develop and explore new business opportunities in the region
    · To formulate regions’ strategies to meet overall organization’s goal and objectives
    · To lead teams of Sales, Technology Application and Service in ensuring meeting region sales objectives/KPI
    · To optimize the use of resources such manpower, materials and equipment to achieve region KPI
    · To lead and motivate sales team to achieve or exceed region sales objectives
    · To lead and manage Customer Service team to provide faster response and efficient support to customer after sales needs
    · To lead and manage Technology Application team to provide engineering support to sales in achieving region’s sales objectives
    · To lead region’s administration team in providing administration support to front line
    · To provide coordination between region and headquarter based in Kunshan on all related activities Main Duties & Responsibilities
    · To translate organization’s goals and objectives into region strategies and action plans
    · To ensure organization’s goals and objectives are met and if otherwise formulate contingency plans
    · To delegate responsibility to manager to successful carry out such action plans and ensuring and monitor progress of such action plans
    · To set up working schedules in ensuring meeting region and organization objectives/KPI
    · Identify bottlenecks in related activity and make necessary contingency plans
    · To identify and work with other relevant department and business unit for quality improvement
    · To project manpower requirement and formulate recruitment plans for implementation
    · To identify training needs for all region staff
    · To Ensure company’s safety rules and regulations
    · To carry out duties in accordance with quality policy, EHS control procedures
    · To report all EHS concerns, incident and accident that would arise

    任职资格的具体描述:
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum of 8 years of service/sales experience in the machine tool industry and experience working in a global MNC company, combined with a good technical understanding of CNC milling and EDM machines.
    2. University degree in Engineering or Business Studies or equivalent
    3. Experience in managing a team comprising different trades from HR, Admin, Sales & Engineers.
    4. Good Management & Decision Making Skills
    5. Being sales oriented, having market sense and good negotiation skills are important
    6. Good technical understanding and able to understand products and application technologies in machining.
    7. Good understanding of Finance, HR and General Administration.
    8. Mother tongue Chinese and able to communicate in English fluently both spoken and written.

    2. Highly inquisitive, passion for problem solving and getting to the root cause of issues. Extreme comfort in managing details.
