    Position Statement:

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Responsible for the global procurement of all PV system parts except module, ensuring the competitive price and quality;
    2. Establish first class global procurement system, resources and competitiveness, accompanied by regional adaptability;
    3. Strategically plan and develop resources and partnership to support business expansion;
    4. Build up open, transparent, justiciable procedure and execution to guarantee competitiveness;
    5. Control the cost of components within budget and continuously drive down the cost;
    6. Recruit, coach, and evaluate team members;
    7. Lead price negotiation to obtain competitive price, payment condition, etc.;
    8. Evaluate parts value in the sense of lifecycle, establish lifecycle business model;
    9. Closely follow the trend of technology, provide most economic, reliable solutions;
    10. Set high working standard and coach team members to meet business requirements;
    11. Closely work with Modules & Kits Sales, PD & Micro Grid Sales, provide deliveries on schedule;
    12. Flexible strategy with vendors, Module & Kits Sales etc. to increase market share.

    EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
    1. At least Bachelor degree in Engineering, MBA is preferred;
    2. Above 15 years working experience, 8 years sourcing and procurement, 5 years at managerial position;
    3. Skillful communication and coordination in both English and Mandarin;
    4. Strong leadership, motivation skills with hands on working style;
    5. Professional negotiation skill and experience;
    6. Integrity, open, aggressive, skillful negotiation.
