Position Statement:
Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for management of process department, working out and executing annual plan;

2. Support MFG for achieving operation goals;

3. Responsible for improvement of process and quality, increase productivity and reduce cost;

4. Support the equipment evaluation and capacity expansion;

5. Good communication with all relevant departments to ensure work done smoothly;

6. Responsible for conclusion and analysis, propose constructive suggestion and improvement;

7. Responsible for team management, including employment, training, development, budget and KPIs set up and achievement;

8. Accomplish the temporary work assigned by superiors in time.

5. Open mind, team work spirit.
