| Position Statement: | Provide expert-level application and systems implementation and support for apps hosting systems. Make use of all available tools, processes, documentation and global resources in order to deliver quality support in a timely manner. Lead and/or participate in the implementation of the apps hosting solution. Maintain service levels that meet or exceed contractual requirements and customer expectations. Train and cross-train on all hosting related technologies.
