崗位職責：

1、Manage a team in a demanding and fast pace business (DXR business).

  2、Coordinate not only NPI activities in Suzhou but also has the ability to deal with a strong cross functional team as well as 2 key global sites (India and Germany)

  3、Be part of the SZ purchasing team leader team

  4、Is in charge of the purchasing activities in Suzhou incl. financials, reporting, etc… and alignment with 2 other global sites (India and Germany) and with the global purchasing manager based in Germany

  5、Handle directly some projects as well when needed

  6、May negotiate costs / quotations / contracts for specific DXR suppliers in sync with global commodity teams

  7、Develop a funnel of cost down activities to cope with business needs and cost targets

  8、Help developing supplier strategies for relevant commodities

  9、Report to the Purchasing site manager and functionally to the global purchasing manager

  10、Builds and maintains strong network of relationships with key Business Unit stakeholders / owners of projects.

  11、Integral member of the Philips global purchasing team. Provides input to the overall purchasing team.

  12、Works closely with other team leaders to support the whole Suzhou site

  6、Strong negotiation skills

  7、Strong understanding of product cost drivers.
