2) Build a professional accounting and controlling team with high efficiency high legal and ethical standard and high moral to support fast business growth.
3) Act as business partner to management being a strong team player promote team work

5) Optimize working processes through taking a lead on SAP enhancement not only in accounting area but also in supply chain controlling area such as Purchasing controlling material management and sales order management.
6) Make sure financial statement is properly prepared on a timely basis with good data quality and compliance with government legislation accounting principle and group reporting guideline
7) Leading forecast and budget process as well as5year strategic planning. Take lead on budget control conduct and deep dive gap analysis between actual performance and budget initial cost saving actions and closely follow up.
8) Closely monitoring company working capital promote cash flow culture to support a sustainable growth
9) Proactively participating group best practice sharing and implement it locally provide and organize training to team members prepare procession and succession plan for key positions.
