| 崗位職責： | 崗位職責：
1. Build up Engineering expertise needed for operations. The job requires to hire, develop and retain local engineering teams, and motivate the team to strive for BIC (Best-in-Class) results.
2. Work with operations directors to proritize the engineering needs. Determine the responsibilities between reginonal engineering resources and local resources to balance between efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Standardize the engineering procedures and practices to contineously improve our engineering competence.
4. Develop engineering stategies to be in line with manufacturing straetgies. Coordinate and initiate annual plans to support that strategy. Manage Asia Cap exp process.
5. Identify major capital projects, and ensure sufficient staffing of project resources ofand manage the successful execuations of each project. |
