| 崗位職責： | 崗位職責： - Align HR agenda with BPZ business priorities to ensure effective and efficient delivery on people development and organization capability enhancement.
- Work together with BPZ leadership team to drive performance-driven culture, leadership behavior and employee engagement.
- Lead the implementation of BPZ talent management activities, including building up leadership pipeline, enhancing talent pool, develop succession plans and implement leadership development programs.
- Consult with and advise line managers in resourcing strategies, reward policy/programs and other HR activities/initiatives to enable business objective.
- Lead the implementation of BPZ Z3 resourcing plan
- Implement quality D&I plan to build a diversified and inclusive working environment in BPZ.
- Coach and develop BPZ HR teams to achieve continuous improvement on site HR capability effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support BU HRM on upgrading overall HR team capabilities
- Support BU HR initiatives and programs.
- Work with country centralized HR team on overall HR delivery |
