5. Good communication with all relevant departments to ensure work done smoothly;

6. Responsible for conclusion and analysis, propose constructive suggestion and improvement;

7. Responsible for team management, including employment, training, development, budget and KPIs set up and achievement;

8. Accomplish the temporary work assigned by superiors in time.
