Make use of all available tools, processes, documentation and global resources in order to deliver quality support in a timely manner. Lead and/or participate in the implementation of the apps hosting solution. Maintain service levels that meet or exceed contractual requirements and customer expectations. Train and cross-train on all hosting related technologies. Have an understanding of integrated products and services offerings with applications & cloud data services Knowledge of Wind Farm Life Cycle a plus Working knowledge ofOracle administration a plus Fluent in written and spoken English |
